Twitter / "X" - Continued

 Twitter - Continued - "X"

As we all know now, Twitter is the old formerly known app that allows people to tweet daily and give live updates on events and other occasions. Today the app is known as "X" which has a simple but nice design. More modern than the previous one. But personally, I actually enjoyed the name Twitter more and I thought the bird was very fitting even to the point of calling your posts tweets. I thought it added character and more of a fun atmosphere. Now it comes across as rather dry but professional. So both brands do have positives and negatives so let us take a look at what one should know.

Starting with your cover photo. This is what viewers will first see when coming to your profile and because it is a rather large picture make sure it sends your message and draws good attention. This photo can really give you a professional look and if you would like to go even further pay for X Blue. This is a subscription that adds a verified blue check next to your tweets. This blue check does draw attention and certainly makes your published information come across as more valid. And this is only 8$/month, not too bad. You also gain some additional features with this including being able to post content that is longer and exceeds the normal parameters. If one wants to take another step up one can pay 1,000$/month for X
Gold. This grants you a gold check, a square avatar, custom business affiliated badges and a verified organizations portal. This could be a game changer to a certain extent. If the majority of your market and revenue stems from X, one should consider joining X
Gold as this can present you as far more professional than regular X. This can be a game changer in growing your business and gaining followers who believe in you and your content. You are simply taken more seriously.

There are lots of insights one must pay attention to when trying to market a product/business on X. Pictures and videos for example see a greater engagement rate than tweets without them. Make sure to constantly reanalyze and see which methods worked and which turned out to be a failure. Having this growth mindset can help separate you from others and not get discouraged when times get rough. And just like most other social media platforms make sure to use hashtags for your business and ones that are currently trending/popular. And DO NOT go crazy with hashtags as more than to will drop rates by 17%. Look at analytics and keep your target market in mind, doing so and learning from the past will guarantee you a chance at success.
